Employment and Labor dispute

Labor Law is related to the relationship between the employers and the employees set up by the employment agreements. As the disputes between two parties possibly cause an effect to the whole industry massively, Labor Law authorizes the government officials to supervise both parties complying with the law correctly, and sets both the compensation for the affected party and the penalties for another.
