PAV Law Office was found in 2005 by a group of lawyers who have practiced law in Thailand since 1977, firstly named as “Civil Justice” and leaded by Professor Khachorn Watchanadilok, a master of Thailand’s lawyer council and legal counselor of political parties.

สำนักกฎหมาย พี เอ วี ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี 2548 โดยคณะทนายความผู้มีประสบการณ์การทำงานกว่า 25 ปี เดิมชื่อ "สำนักกฎหมายประชาธรรม" ซึ่งนำโดย อ. ขจร วัจนดิลก อาจารย์ผู้สอบวิชาว่าความของสภาทนายความแห่งประเทศไทยและที่ปรึกษาฝ่ายกฎหมายของพรรคการเมืองในสมัยนั้น ซึ่งสำนักงานเราได้ดำเนินกิจการให้บริการทางด้านที่ปรึกษาทางกฎหมายและที่ปรึกษาทางธุรกิจด้วยทีมงานผู้มีประสบการณ์ ภายใต้ปรัชญาในการดำเนินธุรกิจที่ว่า
