Family Case
Family case is based on Family Law that related to the domestic matters which cover marriage;
including the beginning of marriage, rights and obligations between the couples, property of marriage and termination of marriage; parent; including rights and obligations between the parents and the children and termination of parental rights; and guardian; including court assignment of guardian, responsibility of guardian and termination of guardian. Such cases will be on trial at the Juvenile and Family Court that hearing only the cases on Family Law and those Juvenile crimes.
PAV have been working on these cases since there was no such exclusive court yet,
filling for the aliminary, to sepaprate the marriage property, to assign a guardian, in the divorce cases, etc.
กฎหมายครอบครัว
คดีครอบครัวเป็นไปตามกฎหมายครอบครัวซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องกับความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัว อันได้แก่ การสมรส ซึ่งรวมถึงสิทธิหน้าที่ระหว่างคู่สมรส ทรัพย์สินระหว่างคู่สมรส และการสิ้นสุดของการสมรส การเป็นผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรม ซึ่งรวมถึงสิทธิและหน้าที่ระหว่างผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรมและบุตร และการสิ้นสุดการเป็นผู้แทนโดยชอบธรรม และการเป็นผู้ปกครอง ซึ่งรวมถึงการแต่งตั้งผู้ปกครอง หน้าที่ของผู้ปกครอง และการสิ้นสุดของอำนาจปกครอง เป็นต้น คดีครอบครัวจะต้องฟ้องร้องไปยังศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวซึ่งพิจารณาเฉพาะคดีครอบครัวและคดีอาญาที่มีผู้เยาว์เป็นผู้กระทำความผิดเท่านั้น
พี เอ วี มีประสบการณ์ในงานคดีครอบครัวตั้งแต่ยังไม่มีศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวสำหรับคดีประเภทดังกล่าว
ในการดำเนินคดีเรียกร้องค่าเลี้ยงดู, ขอแบ่งสินสมรส, ขอให้ศาลแต่งตั้งผู้ปกครอง และคดีฟ้องหย่า เป็นต้น
