Criminal Case

Criminal case is a lawsuit against the offender who accused of violating the Criminal Law which links to the public order or good morals.

As a sanction of the Criminal Law, if convicted, the perpetrator must be punished according to the penalties including confiscation, forfeiture, detainment, imprisonment and death sentence.
